Results include: 3rd in the 39 & Under, CEO Triathlon Challenge, St. Croix 70.3 Half-Ironman Competition in May 2008; 6th & 7th in his age group at the Philadelphia Insurance triathlon event in 2008 and 2009, respectively; 2nd in his age group and 15th overall in the 10th Annual Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Triathlon in October, 2009. Since 2006, Mr. Bordogna has participated in over 70 road races of various distances. He has won 4 road-race events: 2006, 4th Annual Race for Literacy 5k, 2006 Philadelphia Aids 10K event, 2007 Rena Rowan Ribbon 5k & 2009 10th Annual Go! for Mito 5k.

He developed one of the country’s first certified EA courses at Pennsylvania State University and has presented both Enterprise Architecture & Service-Oriented Architecture at industry conferences. Mr. Bordogna serves as Senior Lecturer at Penn State University where he created the curriculum for 2 graduate-level courses - Business Administration 5073: Enterprise Architecture and Marketing 6023: e-Commerce Project Management.

Prior to joining LiquidHub, Mr. Bordogna was a Corporate Development Manager within Sun Microsystems’ Corporate Strategy Group where he analyzed strategic investments using various financial valuation methods. Previously, at Broadreach Consulting, Mr. Bordogna advised clients on e-business strategy & directed global technology implementations. As a Global Program Manager at Tyco Electronics, Mr. Bordogna managed the marketing, design and manufacturing of several global industrial connector products. As a Development Engineer, he specialized in the development of embedded system products for the automotive, shipping and computer hardware industries.

Mr. Bordogna serves both his undergraduate alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania’s Engineering School and graduate alma mater, The Wharton School. For the past 3 years, he’s mentored undergraduates in the Sophomore Mentoring Initiative. This program is designed to "help undergraduates develop their awareness of potential engineering-related careers." Mr. Bordogna has also donates his time to the Wharton School’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) where he provides mentoring services to student projects. These projects have greatly enhanced the students’ Wharton experience through exposure to commerical experience.

Professional Tennis Instructor
A former nationally-ranked junior tennis player, Mr. Bordogna continues to participate in the tennis community. In the past, he’s donated his professional teaching services to the Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis Center (AAYTC) which is designed “to create opportunities to improve the quality of life” of underserved, multicultural youth populations through tennis. He’s also served on the professional teaching staffs at Springton Racquet, Concord and White Manor Country Clubs.

Mr. Bordogna received his BSE from the University of Pennsylvania where he was the recipient of both the Francis G. Tatnall and Nassau Fund Awards. He holds a MSE from Stanford University and earned an MBA with Distinction from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he dual-majored in Strategic Management and Finance. Mr. Bordogna is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ScrumMaster (CSM). Mr. Bordogna is a recipient of the 2009 Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40-under-40 Award which honors those individuals “who are proven performers in their respective industries and communities."
Community Advocate
Mr. Bordogna has helped to frame LiquidHub’s community involvement through its charitable arm, LiquidHelp. For the past 2 years, he helped to shape the company’s participation in the MS organization’s “City to Shore Bike Tour.” In 2008, LiquidHub sponsored 22 riders, who rode a total of 2,040 miles. The team surpassed its fundraising goal, raising $14,891.56, with Mr. Bordogna earning “VIP-rider” status by personally raising over $1,000 and riding 175 miles.
Lower Merion High-School Class President & 4-Sport Varsity Letterman
Mr. Bordogna served as Class President while at Lower Merion High School located in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. He is a former top 75 US nationally ranked junior tennis player and finished 3rd in the 1988 Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association's (PIAA) State Tennis Championship. He also participated as a senior midfielder in the 1989 PIAA State Lacrosse Playoffs. Mr. Bordogna was the MVP of the Lower Merion Soccer Club team which won the 1987 Pennsylvania State Championship and a member of the Delaware Valley's All-Select team which competed in national youth soccer tournaments.
